Cookies and ice-cream sandwich

In summer or winter, these chocolate chip cookies filled with vanilla ice-cream are my doom. The cookie recipe is really impressive on its own (I made them for some friends and let’s say it didn’t even last 2 hours in the gift bag), and it works perfectly with the ice-cream because they are soft and melt in your mouth; so when you bite the sandwich the ice-cream doesn’t go everywhere. Mini post : honeycomb

This honeycomb is a nice sweet I learned to eat in London. It’s caramel but you add bicarbonate of soda and it reacts creating lots of bubbles. It’s amazing because then we get all the flavour from the caramel without breaking your teeth. Great to top ice-creams, to cover with chocolate, to put on cakes.
