Fresh pasta

Difficulty 3/5

To make fresh pasta is spectacular. To be honest it’s not difficult; you just have to be mindful to the details and tips that I put on this post and on the video. This recipe is perfect to start making your own past if you’ve never done this before or if you want something neutral for a nice sauce, or even for lasagna. It’s way better than the store-bought version and so the time invested in it is completely worth it. Continue reading Fresh pasta

Chunky nacho salsa

Difficulty 1/5

To eat nachos, it’s a must to have a yummy sauce, and I love the tomato type. I like it chunky, with important pieces of each ingredient to really get their whole flavour. The trick to get max flavour out of it is to leave the mix overnight in the fridge after you have cooked it so the flavours really develop, achieving an A.MA.ZING result.  Continue reading Chunky nacho salsa

Cookies and ice-cream sandwich

Difficulty 1/5

In summer or winter, these chocolate chip cookies filled with vanilla ice-cream are my doom. The cookie recipe is really impressive on its own (I made them for some friends and let’s say it didn’t even last 2 hours in the gift bag), and it works perfectly with the ice-cream because they are soft and melt in your mouth; so when you bite the sandwich the ice-cream doesn’t go everywhere. Try it at home 🙂 Continue reading Cookies and ice-cream sandwich

Alfredo sauce

Difficulty 1/5

It’s always useful to have an Alfredo sauce handy. It’s quick, easy and this one is particularly tasty. The most important thing is to have a nice parmesan cheese and good whipping cream for an impressive final texture. Look at the procedure in the YouTube video and read the details here for an amazing pasta dish 🙂 Continue reading Alfredo sauce

No-bake passion fruit cheesecake

Difficulty 2/5

This passion fruit cheesecake is my new obsession. I had never done a no-bake cheesecake before and I’m not disappointed at all. It’s so smooth and rich it had me head over heels. I did it in a springform pan, which required me to freeze it and then unmould it, but I like it because you actually get to see the layers. If you don’t fancy the extra work, just like a pie mould with the crackers and butter all the way around the mould and then just put the filling inside and into the fridge. You won’t be able to un-mould it though :). Continue reading No-bake passion fruit cheesecake
