The perfect hot chocolate

Difficulty 1/5

This hot chocolate is too yummy. It’s not just dissolved cocoa but actual melted dark chocolate with milk. It’s the kind that you find in European Christmas markets and I LOVE IT. You’ll specially like it if you’re into chocolate. I like it with whipped cream (if I’m cheating my diet I do it all the way!) and marshmallows. I also tried it with also marshmallows and it works amazing as well. Continue reading “The perfect hot chocolate”

Spinach, avocado, crunchy prosciutto, pomegranate and pistachio salad

Difficulty 1/5

–¬†So you want salad?
–¬†Of course! It looks amazing
Salad should not only be on your Christmas table to reduce the guilt factor, we have to enjoy it as well! Make it yummy, full of flavour, with sweet, crunchy and colourful components. What I like the most in this salad are the crunchy prosciutto pieces. It goes really crunchy, like bacon would (although I don’t fancy bacon that much :O) but thinner and more delicate. I also mix 2 dressings: one made of lime, a bit of mustard and olive oil and another one which is balsamic glaze or reduced balsamic vinegar which has a nice sweetness to it. Christmas cookies

Difficulty 2/5

I must say that, in general, my experience decorating cookies hasn’t been very good. One of the main reasons is because I’m really impatient (“uh…. that should work”) and the other reason is that I didn’t know some tips that are very useful to get rid of the urge to toss the tray of cookies in the bin.
